The extraction was washed with saturated NaCl solution, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4 and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by column chromatography on silica gel using petroleum ether/ethyl acetate (10:1 to 3:1) as the eluent to give the desired products 5 or 7.

After the reaction was completed, the mixture was returned to room temperature, centrifuged, washed with water, and the tube was dried in an oven to obtain a pure product compound (1). The reaction was carried out in an oil bath at 100 C for 24 hours, cooled to room temperature, the product was extracted with ethyl acetate and concentrated under reduced pressure.
