The reaction mixture is heated to 100 C. and stirred over night. After cooling to room temperature the reaction mixture is filterd over celite and the filtrate is evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue is purified by preparative HPLC (eluent A: water+0.13% TFA, eluent B: acetonitrile). The product is dissolved in dichloromethane and extracted with a saturated aqueous solution of Na2CO3.
