Arylation of Lithium Sulfinates with Diaryliodonium Salts: A Direct and Versatile Access to Arylsulfones was written by Umierski, Natalie;Manolikakes, Georg. And the article was included in Organic Letters in 2013.COA of Formula: C19H22F3IO3S The following contents are mentioned in the article:
An efficient, transition-metal-free arylation of lithium sulfinates, which are readily accessible from reactions of organolithium reagents with sulfur dioxide, is described. Based on this method, a practical protocol for the direct transformation of (hetero)arenes and (hetero)aromatic halides into diarylsulfones was developed. This study involved multiple reactions and reactants, such as Bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)iodonium triflate (cas: 139139-80-3COA of Formula: C19H22F3IO3S).
Bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)iodonium triflate (cas: 139139-80-3) belongs to iodide derivatives. In addition to tryptophan, indigo, and indoleacetic acid, numerous compounds obtainable from plant or animal sources contain the indole molecular structure. Indole plays a fundamental role for QS in E. coli, being one of the signal molecules responsible for the transcription of a variety of genes (gabT, and tnaB ASTD). COA of Formula: C19H22F3IO3S
