General procedure: To a stirred mixture of aniline 2b (0.100 g, 0.344 mmol), hex-1-yne 3g (0.084 g, 1.031 mmol) and Et3N (3 mL) under argon added were Pd(PPh3)2Cl2 (0.010 g, 0.014 mmol), CuI (0.006 g, 0.031 mmol) and, additionally, Et3N (3 mL). Stirring was continued at 70 C for 3 h, the mixture was cooled to r.t., diluted by CHCl3 (10 mL) and poured into a mixture of H2O (30 mL) and CHCl3 (20 mL).
