General procedure: Amide derivatives (0.2 mmol), 4-methoxy iodobenzene (3 equiv.), Pd(OAc)2 (10 mmol%), C6H13COOAg (2 equiv.) were combined in o-xylene (1 mL) in a 10mL vial.
