The reaction mixture was purified by reverse phase HPLC using water and acetonitrile and TFA as modifier to obtain Intermediate D (0.268 g, 0.663 mmol, 43.4 % yield) as a white sticky, solid. MS (ESI, positive ion) m/z 405.0.
