General procedure: To the solution of 2 (0.125 M in THF and diethyl ether, 7.6 mL,0.95 mmol) were added a solution of 4-iodoanisole (3b, 189 mg, 0.81 mmol) in THF (1.5 mL) and Pd(PPh3)4 (17 mg, 15 mmol).
