The aqueous layer was re-extracted with DCM (3 X 15 mL) and the combined organic fractions were dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated in vacuo resulting in a crude product which was purified by preparative HPLC to afford 30 mg, (12 % yield ) of the title compound as a white solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): = 8.26- 8.15 (m, 2H), 7.78 (t, J = 8.8 Hz, 2H), 7.50- 7.31 (m, 10H), 6.89- 6.80 (m, 2H), 4.47- 4.40 (m, 2H) , 4.06 – 3.85 (m, 4H), 3.36- 3.05 (m, 8H), 2.52 (s, 6H), 1.80- 1.60 (m, 4H), 1.40- 1.21 (m, 12H), 1.06 (t, J = 7.2 Hz, 6H); MS (ES+): m/z = 958.65, 960.70 [M+H] +; LCMS: tR = 3.3 min.
