Purification was achieved via column chromatography (loaded onto diatomaceous earth) using 0-14% step gradient of EtOAc in cyclohexane (2% steps ) as eluent, followed by EPO 100% cyclohexane, followed by 30% EtOAc in cyclohexane to afford the product as a colorless gum.Yield: 324 mg (46%)LC-MS (Method 3): Rt 4.79 min, m/z 642 [MH+]
